Nisur nga kjo, nj\u00eb nga rekomandimet e Sekretariariatit i cili u miratua nga K\u00ebshilli i Investimeve n\u00eb mbledhjen e muajit Dhjetor 2015, ishte edhe nevoja p\u00ebr diskutimin dhe konsultimin paraprak me biznesin t\u00eb iniciativave ligjore mbi baz\u00ebn e parashikimeve t\u00eb Ligjit Nr. 146\/2014 \u201cP\u00ebr Njoftimin dhe Konsultimin Publik\u201d. Ky Ligj parashikon n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar rregullat procedurale q\u00eb duhen zbatuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar transparenc\u00ebn dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen e publikut n\u00eb proceset politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebse dhe vendimmarr\u00ebse nga organet publike.<\/p>\n
