P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ka nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb fokusit nga qeveria, donator\u00eb, institucione fiskale dhe kompani private n\u00eb sektor. Q\u00eb prej vitit 2015 ka nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb dinamik\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e kuadrit t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm ligjor dhe rregullator i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb parakusht p\u00ebr \u00e7do investim dhe zhvillim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm. Angazhimi politik p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr turizmin filloi t\u00eb materializohej n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ligjit sektorial dhe ligjit p\u00ebr investimet strategjike t\u00eb miratuar n\u00eb vitin 2015, i cili synonte t\u00eb sillte sektorin n\u00ebn fokusin e rrym\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb investimeve.
